Employee. Member. Owner.
CAMPUS USA Credit Union is different. When we ask our employees to describe the CAMPUS Culture, the most commonly used word is “family.” We know that in order for our employees to take care of our members, we have to take care of our employees!
Flexible schedules, competitive pay, outstanding benefits and a thriving culture are just a few of the highlights of employment at CAMPUS USA Credit Union. What’s more, all employees receive monthly employee luncheons, quarterly staff breakfasts, quarterly one-on-one coaching sessions with their supervisor, paid holidays, school involvement leave, and parental leave, in addition to 401K match, and a year-end bonus, just to name a few! As not-for-profit financial cooperative, our employees are members and owners of the credit union. Apply today and see why more than half of our employees have worked here for 5 years or more!
Our Story
CAMPUS USA Credit Union serves over 150,000 members throughout North and Central Florida, and like many successful local businesses, we started humbly with strong leaders and an innovative idea. Since founded in 1935, CAMPUS has grown from a group of 9 founders to an organization of over 400 employees on a mission to empower our members to reach their financial goals.
Community Involvement
We are engaged in the communities we serve and encourage volunteerism in all employees. If the community organization is important to our employees, it's important to us too. Employees are encouraged to volunteer not only in the specific programs that CAMPUS sponsors but also in their own personal sectors in which they have passion to serve.
CAMPUS is on a mission to make a difference by connecting CAMPUS Culture with employee passion to make a positive impact in all the communities we serve. Together, CAMPUS employees have completed over 1000 hours of community volunteerism in the last 5 years alone!
