Spotlight on Kendalyn Gordon

Meet Kendalyn! Service Center Manager, Tallahassee

Tell us about yourself. How long have you worked at CAMPUS? I am a native of Wakulla County and reside in Tallahassee. I enjoy the beach, nature hikes, reading, and spending time with my family. I joined the CAMPUS Team eleven years ago. CAMPUS is a blessing and the best company I have ever worked for.

What charitable cause(s) are you passionate about? One organization that I’m truly passionate about is Ladies Learning to Lead (L3). As a current board member, it’s been an honor to be part of their work in the state. At L3, we are committed to providing professional leadership development training and life skills to middle and high school young women. I am passionate about this one because my dad always told me I was a leader growing up. He always empowered me and encouraged me to step up and take the initiative when needed instead of sitting back and following the crowd.

Why is volunteering important to you? Volunteering is the most genuine way to build relationships because everybody is somebody! It’s truly about having a servant’s heart and giving back to those in need. It makes me feel good to be able to offer my time and knowledge to those in need and to do my part to ensure that the organization can stay around to keep helping the community.
